Stockport Radio Society - Future Meetings

Our meetings take place on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday's of each monthat Leewood Hall, BenjaFold , which is normally open from 7.30pm onwards, with theactivities commencing at approx. 8pm. We aim to ensure any formal talk orlecture is completed by 10pm, but, practical activities will continue after thistime.

Our programme is aimed at underpinning the 'self-training' objectives of ourhobby and focuses on developing a wide range of technical skills in electronics andradio plus the interpersonal skills associated with communications and teamworking often leading to a career in industry. In addition the evenings provideopportunity to meet and make friends with mutual interests in the localcommunity on a regular basis. Click here for some information on the practicalactivities which we have been involved with at Benja Fold..

Tea & Coffee is available throughout the evening at no additional cost tothe entrance fee of 2 pounds and if you are feeling "peckish", snacksfrom Harry's chocolate tin can be purchased.

Please note that it may be necessary to change the program from time to timedue to the non availability of speakers, holidays, technical problems, etc. Wewill endeavour to ensure that this is advertised as early as possible throughthe club's mailing list and the GB2RS Newsbroadcast , however, please bare inmind that we may not always be able to do so.
